This portal also provides a searchable database of local rehabilitation and transition programs offered in-person, virtual, and hybrid that emphasize self-advocacy, independent living skills, orientation and mobility, career exploration, and paid or unpaid work experiences. You can compare programs to select one to meet unique needs and individual interests.
