Welcome to the APH ConnectCenter Transition Hub

For school-age youth with blindness or low vision, planning for graduation and life after college brings up a lot of questions…

  • What’s going to happen after high school?
  • Do I have what it takes for college? Am I ready to work?
  • What will my first job look like?
  • How will I get to work?
  • Will my blindness prevent me from being successful at University and at work?
  • What skills do I really need to live on my own, and be successful!?
  • Do I have the digital proficiency to perform research and conduct field projects?
  • What is student earned income anyway
